unit failed in a very short time and I had to buy another. The second unit performs well.
very disappointed. defective product. I got it brand new but the Open/Close button, the Volume UP, the Tuner up and the MEM up button none of them work.
I get random background static during radio, aux input and cd play. Save yourself the headaches and cough up the extra dough for a quality under counter player. You get what you pay for, low quality at a low price. And a busy signal every time I call their "out of warranty" phone number.
When my I pulled it from the box there were no instructions and the hardware was used, two of the screws were striped out. This was supposed to be a new raido. I ordered this raido for Christmas and when it was delivered it was in a box was in bad shape. After I mounted the raido I discovered that the CD Player and the clock does not work.
Best of all, it actually comes with an FM antenna wire, so that reception is a lot better than even the expensive Sony under counter units that use the power cord as the antenna. We love the preset radio station settings, the slim design, and remote control. GREAT VALUE. We had an older GPX under counter CD player/radio from 2003 which had a really hard to turn dial for the radio tuning, and it was just bulky and no good. This one is WONDERFUL. Best of all, the price is amazing.
